Health & Safety Restrictions
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items are NEVER refundable, even if unopened:

Opened or Used Vape Products: Any vape device, e-liquid, or consumable that has been opened, used, or had the seal broken

E-Liquids: All e-liquids are final sale; once opened they cannot be resold or refunded due to health and contamination concerns

Used Batteries/Chargers: For safety reasons, used rechargeable batteries cannot be accepted for refund

Opened Flavor Products: Any opened or partially used flavored vape products

Pre-filled Pods: Any opened or used pre-filled pods or cartridges
Reason: Federal regulations prohibit the resale of opened nicotine products. Additionally, we cannot verify the contents or safety of opened products, making refunds impossible without risking public health and safety.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Manufacturer Defects
SmokAura will replace or refund products with manufacturer defects, including:

Product Quality Issues
